“I had my yearly medical with my GP yesterday, and he said I was fitter than
a man half my age. He said my blood pressure is normal, my blood tests were      perfect, and that my markers of inflammation were very low. But he was
shocked when I told him I had stopped all 6 of my medications. I told him I
only take the supplements that  Dr Mannu at MedB gave me. He said I
should continue doing whatever I was doing.
Thank you very much Dr Mannu”
                                                                                   James Kearney, Alicante

Hello, I am Dr Machi Mannu, and I am a medical doctor. In the last 7 years, I have performed thousands of full body diagnostic scans mainly on patients over the age of 60. In those years, I have also studied the reports from these scans, and I have observed that there is a common health problem that determines the difference between those that are healthy, happier and more energetic in their older age, and those that are not.

The absence of this problem is the reason why some people over 60 are incredibly youthful and full of life. These people are happier, have more fun, and are not riddled with diseases. They hardly take any medications, eat more or less what they like and, on occasions seem to have more energy than their children. These men and women that I talk about and whom I see in my clinic do not suffer from high blood pressure, high cholesterol or joint and bone pains. They do not take medications for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, blood thinners or stomach protectors. These incredibly fit men and women look, act and think very differently from the majority of their mates of the same age.

And I have discovered how you can overcome the barrier preventing you from enjoying good health and the good life and start living life to the fullest like these men and women.

I have a clinic in Torrevieja, a seaside town on the coast of the Mediterranean sea in Spain and for those of you who don’t know the town, I’ll tell you a little bit about it. Torrevieja is a melting pot of Northern Europeans. It is where Europeans come to retire in mass. It is rated the healthiest place to live in Europe due to its surrounding salt lakes. It is a beautiful and peaceful town, and people come to Torrevieja seeking a quiet, peaceful, adventurous and healthier life. Most people retire to Torrevieja to enjoy the peace, relax by the sea and soak in the sun. They retire here to play golf, learn a new language, make new friends, and travel. They retire here dreaming of having an adventurous and healthy life.

However, this dream quickly fades away for many due to unforeseen health problems.
I know this for a fact from the thousands of retired and older people I have seen in my clinic in the past years. And I know their stories. My patients come from all over Europe, but their health stories are the same.

Many people on medications start taking those medications just before or soon after their retirement. They start taking medicines for high blood pressure, for an irregular heartbeat, for high cholesterol or prostate problems. They take anti-inflammatories and painkillers. Then more medications are added. Aspirin to thin the blood, and a stomach protector to protect the stomach from the harmful effects of those medications. And then the doses of these medications are increased, or more of the same type added. Then a second or third blood pressure medication is added. A stronger form of stomach protector is prescribed.

And at this point, most people start to suffer from the nasty side effects of these medications. Most people realise that they are more tired than they have ever been and can barely pursue any form of physical activity. Their joints hurt more than ever. Their memory becomes unreliable and dizzy spells set in. In general, their health starts to go down downhill very quickly.

The reality, however, is that most of the health problems in people over 60 are caused by one specific problem.

This specific and deadly problem that I talk about is the narrowing of the arteries, otherwise known as atherosclerosis.

This narrowing of the arteries is caused by the deposits of plaque in the arteries. You may be aware of the problem of plaque in the arteries, but what you may not be aware of is how very commonplace plaque in the arteries is, and how it can affect any artery in our organs, and how it can cause diseases and complications in the affected organ.

What is not known to most people is how plaque in the arteries forms very slowly and is hidden until a threshold is crossed and all hell seems to break loose!

When plaque builds up in our arteries it restricts the flow of blood to the tissues and organs, which deprives them of crucial nutrients and oxygen that are essential for maintaining their normal function. The build-up of plaque in arteries can affect all organs in the body, and not just the heart and brain as most people think. It is this build-up of plaque in the arteries that give rise to heart attacks and stroke. But all the arteries of the body can be affected. The arteries supplying the heart, brain, kidney, skin, lungs, joints, bones, digestive organs, and the immune system can all be affected.

Plaque in the arteries of the heart will lead to high blood pressure, chest pain, angina or irregular heartbeat. When plaque builds-up in the arteries of the brain, it can cause memory loss, depression, headache or even brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s. When it builds up in the arteries of the penis, it provokes erectile dysfunction. And plaque deposits in the joints and bones will cause joint and bone diseases such as arthritis as well as back pain and osteoporosis.

These effects of plaque can occur suddenly and cause complications such as heart attack, stroke or claudication of the calf – (the medical name for intense pain in the calf). For most people, however, these effects occur much more slowly, gradually choking the life out of them. The impacts of narrowing of the arteries speed up the ageing of the organs and the entire body.
As a result of narrowing of the arteries, the liver and kidneys are unable to process and filter toxins from the body. And in a vicious cycle, these toxins are the underlying trigger for the narrowing of arteries.

Narrowing of the arteries is the main determiner of ageing in people. It is the main reason why as we grow older, some people look and feel good and others seem to age in a flash.

Those with clear arteries have free-flowing blood to their organs. And their organs function smoothly in a relaxed state. They take fewer medications and heal and recover from injuries faster. They have more energy and engage with life more and as a result are generally happier.

Those with narrowed arteries have restricted blood flow to their organs. Their organs function with difficulty and in a stressful state. They take more medications and take a long time to recover from injuries. They are constantly tired, struggle through life and are usually depressed.

The amazing news, however, is that these problems can be reversed. Yes, the plaque that blocks arteries can be dissolved. And the complications that develop as a result can be reversed !

You are probably wondering why you've never heard of this from your doctor. Why you are prescribed so many medications to treat your symptoms instead of treating the cause.

The reality is that conventional medicine mostly treats symptoms and not the cause of these symptoms. And narrowing of the arteries is not treated any differently. Conventional medicine treats narrowing of the arteries usually with a blood thinner. The outdated and disproven idea behind prescribing a blood thinner is to keep blood thin so that it flows better through a narrowing artery. Notice however that this does not stop arteries from getting more blocked. In any case, these blood thinners cause bleeding in the stomach and brain resulting in stomach ulcers and stroke.

In addition to blood thinners, doctors will also prescribe medications to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. But none of these drugs will do anything to reduce the growth of plaque in the arteries.

Yet plaque can be dissolved. And it can be dissolved smoothly with absolutely no risk to the body.

For the past 5 years in our clinic, I have used Serrapeptase to successfully dissolve plaque in the arteries and transform the lives of around two thousand of our patients.

Dr Nieper one of the most renowned medical doctors and scientists of the 20th century highlighted the miraculous healing effects of Serrapeptase in the human body.

In his book ' The Curious Man' Dr Nieper described Serrapeptase as such:

"I have found Serrapeptase to be an extraordinary substance for safely
removing fibrous blockages (Plaque) from coronary arteries, particularly
the carotid arteries found in the neck, which supply blood to the brain.

Serrapeptase is a natural enzyme produced by Serratia bacteria living in
silkworms. Once the silkworm has completed its transformation into a
butterfly, it uses this substance to ‘melt’ a hole in its cocoon, so that it can
escape. Miniscule amounts of this enzyme are unbelievably powerful and
                        have shown a lasting effect.

The astonishing fact is that, unlike other biological enzymes, Serrapeptase
affects only non-living tissue, like the silk cocoon. This is the reason the
                        butterfly is not harmed.

For our health purposes, Serrapeptase dissolves only dead tissue such as
old fibrous layers that clog the lining of our arteries and dangerously
restrict the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain. Because of this,
Serrapeptase is extremely useful in keeping arterial deposits from
building up again after angioplasty (a balloon technique used to clear an
artery after blockage) or coronary bypass surgery has been performed.

I have used Serrapeptase with excellent and even life-saving results.
Many of my patients have shown significantly improved blood flow
through their previously constricted arteries as confirmed by ultrasound

I have studied the effect of Serrapeptase on thousands of patients before and after the scans we perform in our clinic and I have confirmed that Serrapeptase is effective for dissolving plaque in the arteries.
I have observed how Serrapeptase reduces blood pressure and helps people come off blood pressure medicines. I have observed how irregular heartbeat becomes regular after taking Serrapeptase.
We have used Serrapeptase to dissolve the plaque in the arteries and stop joint pain. We have used Serrapeptase to improve the memory of people with narrowing of the arteries in the brain.
I have seen people change physically and look younger over the months of taking Serrapeptase.

Serrapeptase is the singular supplement that I know of that makes the most important difference in people over 60 years. It is the supplement that reduces the number of medications people take in older age. It is the supplement that will boost energy, strengthen the heart and sharpen the brain.
Imagine unblocking a drain, and you imagine what Serrapeptase can do for you.

Serrapeptase is the one supplement that the majority of my patients over 60 are most thankful for.

And today you can have the same high-quality Serrapeptase that our patients enjoy.

What is the dose of Serrapeptase?
I recommend 1 -2 tablets (80,000 IU) three times a day before meals for at least 6 months. And then take a maintenance dose of I tablet daily.

Do I have to take Serrapeptase for the rest of my life?
No, you don’t have to. I have found that most people have clear arteries after taking Serrapeptase for 6 months. And a year after we find their arteries are still clear. Nevertheless, I advise you to take it for 3 months every year after the initial 6 months therapy.

Can you overdose on Serrapeptase?
No, you cannot overdose on Serrapeptase.

Are there side effects?
No there are no side effects.

When Can I stop my blood pressure medications?
You need a sphygmomanometer -blood pressure monitor- to keep an eye on your blood pressure. After a few months, you may notice that your blood pressure is much lower than it usually is. At this stage, you can halve your medication and continue to monitor your blood pressure. As long as it remains normal, you can then stop taking your medications all together while you continue to monitor your blood pressure. You should continue to keep an eye on your blood pressure after and inform your doctor that you have stopped your medication.

How many tablets are in a bottle?
There are 90 tablets in a bottle

How long will a bottle last?
A bottle will last either 15 days, 1 month, or 90 days depending on how much you take.

What makes MedB Serrapeptase Unique?
Our brand is manufactured with pharmaceutical grade Serrapeptase. It is enteric coated, so it does not cause any side effects such as abdominal upset. We have also tried it in nearly 2000 patients and we know our brand works.
